it came well packed. there's is a lot of wires for replacement but i couldn't understand if there is any difference between them. it seems that there is due to what's written in instructions booklet. i have to say that it was a little advantage to replace the wire and it took me half an hour to do it although i read the instructions. Now for the hair removing, well, the wire needs to be very tight and i mean veryyy tight in order to actually remove the hair and while you are using it, you need to tighten the wire every few seconds.. it's not so comfortable and makes the process longer.
